Who is Polymedia?
Polymedia consists of a single experienced developer that has developed and maintained multiple popular Extensions for Twitch, the most known are Twitter Feed+ and Instagram Feed+, two Twitch Extensions that daily hundreds of new streamers install on their profiles.
